How I Work

Whatever you want from therapy, the relationship between us is key to counselling. Therefore I offer a FREE initial telephone consultation, to allow us to understand what you would like to get out of counselling and whether I am the right therapist for you to do this with.

We can meet at the holistic counselling centre based in Haywards Heath.

You can choose between face to face, online or telephone therapy.  We can discuss which is best for you when we first meet.

£70 per 50 minute therapeutic hour.  As a commitment to making counselling as accessible as possible, some concessions are available to those on low incomes.
